Qingming | All Things Awaken, Remembering the Departed
As the Qingming Festival arrives, the rain falls gently, and the grow lush (trees and grass thrive). Dressed in plain clothing, we trace the vicissitudes of time, flipping through the pages of a rainy alley and combing through fragments of the past. In the damp collection of poems lies a broken yesteryear; on the old clothes washed by the moon are the wrinkles of time.
Remembrance ● Gratitude ● Spring Outing
Year after year, we sweep the tombs of our ancestors; everywhere, the spring breeze lingers. We shall never forget the martyrs who laid down their loyal bones—their sacrifice fuels the dream of national rejuvenation. On this Qingming Festival, the blood of the martyrs has dyed the national flag red, and their heroic deeds have made the motherland stand tall. Cherish our happy life today and never forget to pay tribute to the fallen heroes. As Qingming approaches, we offer our highest respect to the martyrs!
"Filial piety is the first of all virtues"—a moral legacy passed down from ancient times. Sweeping tombs during Qingming is a practice of filial piety, a way for the living to express longing and gratitude to the departed.
Our current life of peace, tranquility, and happiness was bought with the blood and lives of revolutionary martyrs. The beauty of today’s life comes at a great cost. Let us never forget the merits of the martyrs. We must carry forward the revolutionary tradition, inherit the heroes’ legacy, and strive vigorously for a bright future for our motherland!
