I. Q1 Market Work
01. Sales Dynamics
With the lifting of COVID-19 control measures, high-end domestic and international clients have flocked to our company via inquiries, calls, and on-site visits. In Q1 2023, we repeatedly communicated with multiple client groups on planning, manufacturing specifications, and commercial terms for large-scale, high-end, and full-factory intelligent production lines for painting, powder spraying, electrophoresis, and enameling. We hosted their visits and inspections, opening a new chapter in our market strategy of "fully stabilizing the domestic high-end market and vigorously expanding overseas markets." Contracts for multiple automated enameling production line projects for single-tank and dual-tank water heater liners were successfully signed.
02. Participation in Enamel Exhibition and Launch of R&D Achievements
On March 15, 2023, invited by the China Enamel Industry Association, TIMS participated in the China Enamel Industry Products Exhibition and held a launch event for "Latest R&D Achievements in Automated, Intelligent, and Informatized Enameling Equipment," which received enthusiastic feedback from attendees.
II. Technical R&D and Achievements
In 2023, TIMS continues to implement the corporate innovation spirit of "Innovate Daily, Strive for Perfection," strengthen the action principle of "Think Ahead, Lead in Technology, Act Promptly," and uphold the guiding relationship between technical R&D and market development of "Technical Leadership Determines Market Position." We have accelerated the pace and intensity of technological innovation and R&D.
In Q1 2023, our company successfully developed or prototyped the following innovative mechanisms:
Standardized and serialized non-standard key equipment for conventional coating lines;
Robot automatic grippers for mixed production of single-tank and dual-tank water heater liners;
Automatic enameling machines for mixed production of single-tank and dual-tank water heater liners;
New small-kitchen water heater automatic enameling machine (Version 2.0);
Pretreatment baskets for mixed production of single-tank, dual-tank, and small-kitchen water heater liners;
Upward-opening, top-glazing rocking enameling machines.

These provide technical reserves for subsequent projects. Meanwhile, we continued to improve the automatic defect detection system for the inner surface of water heater liner enameling and launched R&D for new mechanisms:
Automatic enameling for small-diameter water heater liners (diameter ≤75mm);
Robot automatic gripper mechanisms for mixed-production small-kitchen water heaters;
Green R&D and design of intelligent coating and enameling production line equipment.
III. Corporate Honors and Patent Acquisitions
01. Awarded "Three Products" Demonstration Enterprise
On March 15, 2023, TIMS was invited to participate in the 2023 China Enamel Exhibition and Industry Brand Creation Conference and was recognized as a "Three Products" (Increasing Varieties, Improving Quality, Creating Brands) Demonstration Enterprise. We remain committed to manufacturing equipment that is "stable, reliable, and durable," "universal for mixed production without replacement," and "visitable and exquisitely crafted like artworks." We strive to create "high-end industry equipment" and establish "high-end industry brands."
Meanwhile, multiple patents of TIMS have been applied for the Guangdong Patent Award.
02. Multiple Intelligent Production Lines Awarded Provincial and Municipal High-Tech Product Certificates
In 2023, TIMS’s "Intelligent Pretreatment Coating Production Line" and "Intelligent Enameling Production Line" were awarded Guangdong Famous High-Tech Product Certificates, while the "Intelligent Cleaning Production Line for Water Heater Liners" and "Intelligent Pretreatment Coating Production Line" received Dongguan High-Tech Product Certificates.
03. Multiple Innovation and Invention Patents Acquired
In Q1 2023, TIMS obtained the following 15 national patents:

As of now, TIMS holds 80 technical patents, including 10 invention patents.
IV. Equipment Shipment and On-Site Installation
01. Shipment of Dual-Tank Water Heater Liner Automatic Enameling Line
Through close collaboration across the company, another automatic enameling line for dual-tank water heater liners was successfully shipped.
02. Completion of Zhongshan Galanz Water Heater Liner Automatic Enameling Line Installation and Debugging
The automated enameling line for Zhongshan Galanz water heater liners was fully debugged in February and entered production.
The gas enameling furnace adopts the latest technology: German imported energy-efficient self-preheating WS burners with P-type radiant tubes, with P-type radiant tube materials (the core component) made of German imported Inconel 601 high-temperature resistant material. Waste heat from the furnace is used for wet enameling drying, ensuring low comprehensive energy consumption and long service life. This line sets another benchmark for advanced high-end production equipment in the water heater industry.
03. Completion of Ma’anshan Yuemei Water Heater Liner Automatic Enameling Line Installation and Debugging
The automatic enameling line for Ma’anshan Yuemei water heater liners was fully debugged in March 2023 and entered production, capable of increasing the client’s annual enameling liner capacity by over 1.2 million units.
04. Chongqing Haier Order Completed and Pending Shipment
The full-factory automated production line project for Chongqing Haier electric water heater liners—including robot automatic loading after welding, automatic pretreatment, robot automatic transfer and enameling, enameling firing, and robot automatic unloading—has been fully manufactured and is pending shipment for on-site installation.
05. Completion of Indonesia Honda Coating Line Oven and Intensive Cooling Equipment
The "Indonesia Honda Coating Line Oven and Intensive Cooling Equipment" project by Dongguan TIMS Automation Equipment Co., Ltd. (a subsidiary of TIMS Group) has been fully manufactured and packaged after months of overtime work, pending shipment.
Our company has a proven track record in overseas projects in Indonesia, Vietnam, and other countries, consistently delivering equipment on schedule with guaranteed quality, earning unanimous client recognition.
V. TIMS Capacity Expansion
01. Completion and Commissioning of Dongguan TIMS Workshop 3
At the end of 2022, Dongguan TIMS initiated the construction of Workshop 3 to expand production capacity. The 2,493.6 m² workshop has been completed and put into use. Currently, TIMS’s total land area is 13,517.6 m², with a construction area of approximately 12,000 m².
02. Completion of Hubei TIMS Phase II and Acquisition of Real Estate Certificates
The Hubei TIMS Advanced Technology Industrial Park (a subsidiary of TIMS Group) in Xiaogan, Hubei, covers 100,000 m² with a construction area of 60,000 m². Both Phase I and Phase II constructions have been completed, with real estate certificates obtained for Workshop 1 and 4, and Exhibition Halls 1 and 2 of Phase I. Phase II real estate certificates will be processed shortly. This year, capacity expansion of Workshop 4 will commence.
